Book Esther to Speak

Esther’s pursuit of "tech for good" inspired her to lead a volunteer software engineering team of women in tech. Together, they delivered vital technology tools that amplified the plight of child bride trafficking survivors in some of the most remote and hard-to-reach locations in the world.
Her deployment of complex, problem-solving technology earned her global recognition. In 2018, she received her charter from the prestigious British Computer Society and was elevated to a position on the BCS Influence Board. Her profound impact even led to an invitation from Her Majesty the late Queen Elizabeth II, where Esther served as a thought leadership advisory panel contributor to deliver strategic recommendations for the empowerment of women in tech across 53 commonwealth countries. Additionally, she was awarded Governor Mike Beebe's commendation for her worldwide technological accomplishments.

She began her career in the construction industry as a software engineering, mastering the art of managing complex costs, solving critical problems, and ensuring massive programs were delivered on time and within budget. This unique foundational perspective equipped her to manage global software developers and lead complex technological projects without ever compromising on quality.
