We are a global network of Christian Zionist women who understand that corporate success and community influence are divine positionings. We provide the professional networking, career mentorship, and data-driven educational tools necessary to combat systemic antisemitism in our industries and stand in active solidarity with the State of Israel.

For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place, but you and your father’s house will perish. Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?”

Unwavering Solidarity

We Stand With Israel

how you can help

Why do Christian Zionist women stand with Israel?
Because our faith demands it. In the biblical narrative, Queen Esther was unexpectedly elevated to a position of influence in the Persian court—a position she ultimately used to advocate for the Jewish people and save them from annihilation.

The Esther Calling

Like Biblical Queen Esther, Christian women are called to use our platforms, our boardrooms, and our voices to defend God's people. Grounded in the unconditional Abrahamic Covenant—where God promised, "I will bless those who bless you" (Genesis 12:3)—we recognize that protecting Israel and the Jewish people is a profound spiritual mandate and an absolute moral imperative.

updates from our May 2024 Solidarity Mission

Healing At Hadassah Hospital

The Life of the Flesh

The President's Residence

During our recent solidarity mission, we had the profound privilege of visiting the Gandel Rehabilitation Center at Hadassah Hospital Mount Scopus. We delivered care packages and sat with brave female survivors and wounded soldiers recovering from the October 7th attacks. Witnessing their resilience in the face of unimaginable trauma was a testament to the unbreakable spirit of Israel.

I was profoundly blessed to stand with Israel through the opportunity to donate blood to the IDF, a physical act of solidarity deeply rooted in Scripture. As Leviticus 17:11 reminds us, 'For the life of the flesh is in the blood'. Giving the very essence of life to sustain the defenders of the Jewish State was a blessed, sacred honor.

Our mission culminated in a historic visit to the residence of Israeli President Isaac Herzog and First Lady Michal Herzog. Meeting with the President, I was blessed to experience a reaffirmed global support of Christian Zionist women and stand united in solidarity for the immediate release of all hostages who were still held in Gaza

Data-Driven Defense in corporate career workspaces

The fight against systemic hate requires modern solutions. The Esther 414 Collective supports and amplifies cutting-edge advocacy tools. We champion the adoption of the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism across corporate and municipal sectors, which saw 34 new global adoptions in 2024. We encourage the use of innovations like the Combat Antisemitism Movement's "Report It" app, a digital tool that allows users to securely document and report antisemitic incidents in real-time, ensuring accountability. Furthermore, we utilize corporate training resources from organizations like Project Shema to depolarize difficult conversations and combat implicit anti-Jewish bias in the workplace.

Actionable Support: During and After the War

Post-War Comfort & Rebuilding

Trauma & Medical Relief

Corporate & Campus Allyship

Support vetted initiative efforts to supply roadside bomb shelters, emergency operations centers, and protective gear for first responders.

Support medical initiatives like the Hadassah Women's Zionist Organization of America that is providing medical care and healing during and after the war.

The emotional toll of conflict requires profound compassion. We advocate supporting organizations that provide critical counseling, trauma healing programs, and emergency medical equipment to displaced families, wounded civilians, and soldiers navigating the heavy weight of trauma.

Combat anti-Jewish bias in your own sphere of influence. Use your corporate platform to advocate for the physical safety of Jewish students on college campuses, where antisemitic incidents have seen massive, unprecedented spikes.

Will You Remain Silent?

"For if you remain completely silent at this time, relief and deliverance will arise for the Jews from another place... Yet who knows whether you have come to the kingdom for such a time as this?" (Esther 4:14).

The world is desperate for courageous women to step into the light.

Will you answer the call?
