Through Wednesday lunch hours of prayer and fasting,
With corporate engineering colleagues, we seek His face.
On Friday nights deep in the prayer room we kneel,
With family and mentors, interceding with zeal.
We prayed for the blessed 50 United States and our leaders,
Rededicating the nation we deeply revere to God.
On the eve of the gathering yesterday, the Holy Spirit led the way,
To the grand National Mall where we gathered to pray.
An anointed and mighty woman of God,
Who walked the same soil our founding fathers trod—
Tracing her ancestral lineage to greatly revered patriots led us in a tearful prayer.
Starting in January 2026, she had traveled the states fasting and praying,
Rededicating the land to God.
As the sun dipped away and the twilight grew still,
We fell to our knees by the Capitol hill.
With hands lifted high in the cool evening air,
We joined in agreement to echo her prayer:
"Heavenly Father, we kneel on this soil,
Honoring the patriots' blood, tears, and toil.
Just as our founding fathers prayed through the cold,
We rededicate America, brave and bold.
As we hearken our hearts to Your voice and Your ways,
Let Deuteronomy 28 blessings encompass our days.
Set this nation high above all on the earth,
According to the covenant declaration of independence signed at our birth as a free nation.
Bless America's cities, our streets, and our towns,
Bless the country and heartland where harvest abounds.
Bless the fruit of our families, our soil, and our youth,
Let our storehouses overflow, anchored in truth.
Bless us coming in, and bless us going out,
Let the breath of Your Spirit put enemies to rout!
If they come out in one way to threaten our peace,
Scatter them seven ways, let hostilities be defeated.
Command Your great blessing on all that we build,
Let the treasuries of this republic be filled.
Open Your good treasure, the heavens above,
To rain on our land.
Make America Great,
Make America the head, and never the tail,
Above and not beneath, let Your kingdom prevail.
We seal this prayer, our hearts bound to Thee,
For two hundred and fifty years of the free.
In the matchless name of Jesus, we decree and we pray..."
And together we echoed a fervent like an evensong chorus, "Amen."
When the morning arrived, as the dark drew away,
His presence broke open the vault of the day.
An open heaven descended, a radiant dawn,
As the assembly gathered and anointed Pastor's first opening prayer was drawn.
It was a tangible mist, a blessing shower washing over the plain.
A gentle anointing, a heavenly crest,
Just as the ancient, holy scriptures declared:
"And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in his season; there shall be showers of blessing." — Ezekiel 34:26
Then came a moment so precious and grand,
His Excellency, The Head of State and Commander In Chief of US Army, President Donald J. Trump shared a message on video.
He read from the Bible, the foundation and guide,
Reminding us all of our strength and our blessings.
Our Judeo-Christian roots, the foundation that holds us together,
As Jewish Americans joined to bless His great name.
United in heritage, united in voice,
A beautiful chorus that makes heaven rejoice.
We captured these blessings, these stories of hope,
For our Devotional Safari, recording the story.
Through podcasting seasons, the world will soon hear,
The miracles wrought in this historic year.
Eight hours, forty-five minutes, fifteen seconds of praise,
A pure jubilation, the greatest of days!
We give God the highest and holiest cheer,
For this providential gathering, so magnificently rare.
To stand with dear friends, with family and peers,
A triumph that only arrives in two hundred and fifty years.
As the week now unfolds, our spirits are anticipating,
Eager to revisit every speaker’s insight.
Immersed in unending, rapturous song,
In the presence of God where our nation belongs.
A once-in-a-lifetime triumph, a memory that looks
To forever be written—Rededicate 250 is in the books!
